Payment of Solid Waste in Phnom Penh

You can pay for solid waste in Phnom Penh via ACLEDA ToanChet and counter of ACLEDA Bank using the Customer ID as in your electricity bill.
You should pay for your solid waste in every 1st to 15th of each month from Feb 2020 onwards.
Please see the steps below for payment of solid waste in Phnom Penh via ACLEDA ToanChet and counter of ACLEDA Bank.
Payment via ACLEDA ToanChet
- Log in to ACLEDA ToanChet
- Choose "Payment" menu
- Select "Phnom Penh Solid Waste Management Authority"
- Select account number for payment
- Input ID in your electricity bill
- Choose "OK" button
- Verify your payment details (account number, ID, payment amount, etc.)
- Choose "Proceed"
Payment via Bank's Counter
Please bring your electricity bill to ACLEDA Bank to pay for your solid waste any working day from 1st to 15th.
