Dr. Heng Dyna, Director

Cambodian. Dr. Heng Dyna joined the Board in December 2023, bringing more than 10 years of experience as financial sector specialist and economist at global financial institutions. He has extensive experience in risk analysis and financial sector assessment. Dr. Heng also led several technical assistance programs to central banks and ministries of finance in Asia, Africa, and Europe. He is now on an external assignment based in the Unites States and also serves on voluntary basis as a board member of the Cambodian Economic Association.

Dr. Heng completed Asset and Portfolio Management program at the Wharton School and Oxford Private Markets Investment Program at the Saïd Business School. He earned a Ph.D. Degree in economics in Australia and a master's degree in economics in Japan. He is a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
