BOOK BUILDING NOTICE

ACLEDA Bank Plc., with assistance from Yuanta Securities (Cambodia) Plc. ("YSC"), acting as the lead manager, would like to draw your attention to the Book Building for IPO pricing of ACLEDA Bank Plc. aiming to be listed on the Cambodia Securities Exchange.

I. Disclosure Documents

II. Pricing

ACLEDA Bank Plc., with assistance from YSC, will determine the offering price in accordance with the Book Building and Subscription Procedure approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia ("SECC"). The final offering price will be announced following the SECC's final approval and registration of the disclosure document.

Book Building Price Range: KHR 15,000 to KHR 17,400.

III. Roadshow

ACLEDA Bank Plc. will host two public roadshows, presenting about its business and performance to public investors, so that the investors may have greater insight in ACLEDA Bank Plc. before submitting their bids during Book Building. The roadshows are scheduled as follows:

• Investors shall have a Trading Account at any securities firms licensed by the SECC.
• Investors shall fill in the Book Building Application Form at the Selling Agents' offices.
• Investors shall deposit 10% of the subscription amount to ACLEDA Bank's Book Building Account at ACLEDA Bank as stated below:

V. Announcement of the Book Building Result
