BOOK BUILDING RESULT AND SUBSCRIPTION ANNOUNCEMENT

ACLEDA Bank Plc. ("the Bank"), with the assistance from Yuanta Securities (Cambodia) Plc. ("YSC"), acting as the lead manager, has the honor to inform the public that after completing the Book Building Process last Saturday, March 14, 2020, 2,180 investors joined the book building among whom 95.55% are local investors and 4.45% are foreigners.
The demand during the book building process has been exceptionally high with more than three-times oversubscription.
The final offering price has been set at KHR 16,200 in accordance with the Book Building and Subscription Procedure approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia ("SECC").
Once again, we would like to thank our investors and customers that have spent their valuable time and effort to participate in the book building and subscribe to our shares.

II. Announcement of the Subscription Result
