CATA - Muslim Community Account

The Cambodian Muslim Community Account was established through a collaboration between the Cambodian Amanah Takaful Association (CATA) and ACLEDA Bank.

It aims to provide Cambodian Muslims with a savings account that operates on an Interest-Free or Interest (RIBA) Transfer.

Account Opening

All Muslims can apply for a savings account at any ACLEDA Bank's branch nationwide.
A valid Cambodian ID card or passport with a minimum validity of 3 months is required.
Complete the new account application or switch in accordance with the RIBA Clearance (Wealth Purification Program) by the Cambodian Amanah Takaful Association (CATA).

If customers have existing account, they can donate/transfer interest to Islamic association as needed by simply filling out the "Application Form and Agreement" of the Cambodian Amanah Takaful Association (CATA), "RIBA Clearance" program, at ACLEDA Bank branches or filling out the form and send to ACLEDA Bank via E-mail, Telegram or Messenger with a signature or fingerprint in accordance with the terms and conditions of the account operating.
