Safe Box Service
Safe Box Service is a deposit service that bank maintains, administers and arranges customer's properties such as valuable documents or other properties customer stored with bank. The bank is fully responsible for damages or losses of the valuables stored with the bank.
Now ACLEDA Bank starts serving Safe Box Service for customer's valuable documents such as title deed, will or testament, project development documents, memorandum and articles of association, organisation's policy and other valuable documents.

Requirements
- Visiting any branch of ACLEDA Bank to receive detailed information
- Filling account opening form (if applicable) and Safe Box Service application form then attached with the original copy of your valuable documents, specimen signature to take back the documents and some other related documents as below:
- For individual
- A copy of valid identification of the applicant
- A copy of valid identification or passport of the person whose specimen signature to take back the document been offered with acknowledgement from stakeholder
- Other documents, if applicable
- For corporate
- A copy of valid identification of the authorised person from that company/organisation
- A copy of valid identification or passport of the person whose specimen signature to take back the document been offered with acknowledgement from stakeholder
- A copy of business registration certificate or license for operating business/organisation
- Other documents, if applicable
- Sign/thumb print and/or chop on Safe Box receipt with ACLEDA Bank's representative
- Checking the receipt thoroughly for verification
Note: If the valuable document is not owned by the person who is requesting, he/she has to present with authorised letter from the document owner or its stakeholder to the bank.
Damage or Loss of Safe Box Receipt
- In case of damage or loss of Safe Box receipt before giving to ACLEDA Bank or taking back the valuable document, customer has to inform ACLEDA Bank's branch which he/she requests for using Safe Box Service in writing and presents a copy of his/her valid identification the same to the one he/she had given to the bank when requesting to use Safe Box Service.
- Acknowledgement letter about damage or loss of Safe Box receipt from stakeholder (individual customer with related party(ies) involved in the valuable document) or from representative person (corporate customer).
- Filling request form for duplicated Safe Box receipt.
- Checking the receipt thoroughly for verification.
- Paying fee of US$10 for reissuing Safe Box receipt either in cash or debited from account as noted in request form.
